These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Flex Haus Studio's website, booking platform, classes, memberships, packages, events, retail offerings, and related services. By purchasing, booking, or participating in Flex Haus services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable purchase terms.

2. Accounts and Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. Reservations and purchases made through your account are your responsibility.

3. Payments and Authorization

Class space is limited. A reservation secures a space subject to Flex Haus policies. Waitlist procedures and notifications may be administered through the booking platform.

5. Memberships and Packages

Memberships, class packs, introductory offers, promotions, and other pricing options are subject to the terms shown at purchase, including eligibility, expiration, usage, renewal, cancellation, and transfer restrictions. Promotional and introductory offers may be limited to qualifying clients.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used for eligible Flex Haus purchases subject to the terms stated at purchase and applicable law. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

7. Health and Participation

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for informing the instructor of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, physical limitations, or movement concerns before class. Flex Haus services are not medical care or a substitute for medical advice.

8. Conduct

Clients must treat staff, instructors, other clients, equipment, and facilities respectfully. Harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe conduct, intentional property damage, or material disruption may result in removal or suspension of studio privileges.

9. Photography and Recording

Clients may not photograph or record other clients or instructors without permission. Any Flex Haus use of a client's identifiable image for marketing should be subject to applicable consent or release requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

Flex Haus names, logos, branding, website content, class descriptions, photographs, videos, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

11. Schedule and Operational Changes

Flex Haus may substitute instructors, modify schedules, change class formats, or cancel classes when reasonably necessary. When Flex Haus cancels a class, affected clients will be offered an appropriate credit, return of the class to their account, or other remedy consistent with the applicable purchase terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for risks associated with participation is governed by the waiver and release accepted by the participant. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version will be made available through the website or booking platform.

14. Governing Law
