Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep classes accessible, support fair booking opportunities, and respect the time of our clients and instructors.
1. Standard Class Cancellation Window
- Cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time to avoid a late-cancellation consequence.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations.
2. Late Cancellations
- For clients using a class pack or other class credit, a late cancellation will result in loss of the class credit used for the reservation.
- For unlimited memberships, Flex Haus may apply the late-cancellation or recovery terms disclosed with the membership. Repeated late cancellations may result in additional account restrictions where permitted by the applicable membership terms.
3. No-Shows
- Failure to attend a reserved class without timely cancellation is considered a no-show.
- A no-show may result in loss of the class credit or the no-show consequence disclosed with the applicable membership or pricing option.
4. Late Arrival
- First-time clients who arrive after class has begun will not be admitted, so that required orientation and equipment instruction can be completed safely.
- Returning clients have a 5-minute grace period. Admission after the class begins remains subject to instructor and studio discretion when necessary for safety or to avoid disruption.
- Missing a class because of late arrival may be treated as a no-show.
5. New Client Offer
- The New Client Offer of 2 Classes for $39 is available only to qualifying new clients and is valid for 30 days from purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Reservations made with the New Client Offer are subject to the same 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the applicable class credit.
6. Studio Cancellations
- If Flex Haus cancels a class, the class credit will be returned to the client's account or an appropriate rescheduling/refund remedy will be provided consistent with the applicable purchase terms.
- Flex Haus may cancel or modify classes because of weather, emergencies, instructor availability, facility issues, or other operational circumstances.
7. How to Cancel
- Clients should cancel through the approved Flex Haus booking platform/app or other cancellation method specifically designated by Flex Haus.
- Messages sent through social media should not be relied upon as a valid cancellation method unless Flex Haus expressly confirms otherwise.
